Happy fall 🍂. My favorite fall decor are these end of the season hydrangeas that will dry into the perfect shades of autumn. Make sure to bring some in right now if you have them growing in your yard.

I’m pretty fond of natural woven vases for that warm seasonal touch. Sharing some of my favorites in stories and on my LTK page.

Hot topic: how do you feel about AI photos for interiors/architecture on here? FYI - this photo of our home in her summer glory is not AI 😉.

I’ve been seeing them a lot and most I can spot as AI but some look soooo real! I think they’re great for actual clients to help visualize. But have mixed feelings when I see them on social media. It’s like seeing your crush and realizing they’re not real 😅.

Fireplace is done and yes, it’s functional 😊! It’s a gas fireplace. Super convenient to turn on and off + throws off a good amount of heat to warm us up. When autumn arrives, we usually close down our patio for the season but not this year. Can’t wait to cozy up here.

We decided on the smoothest stucco finish in a few shades lighter than our garage exterior. Next up, the pergola! If you’re local, feel free to comment and I can send you more details on who we used. We’ve used them for all 3 of our fireplaces.
