My top liked project reel of 2025! We finished this project in 2024 but I didn’t get to recap until last year. This dual-purpose room has been amazing for us and it’s been fun seeing many of you inspired by it.
That beautifully disguised murphy bed took longer to build because of 3 kids, work and you know…life. If you have an amazing idea, don’t be discouraged if it takes awhile to complete because good things take time. This was my husband’s first attempt building custom inset cabinetry and | just don’t know if there’s anything he can’t do.

A lot can change in 16 years.
I made this once for 2024, so here’s a Part 2 — a little recap of 2025 🤍
Our first place together held long days, late nights, and big dreams — I was just starting my career while working a second job and commuting by bus. I never could’ve imagined the life we’re living now.
This year brought more color to our home, a personalized girls’ bedroom, a long-overdue new bed (RIP Brian’s bachelor bed 😄), and more time enjoying our outdoor space.
Feeling deeply grateful for this season and the path that led us here. And if this year was hard for you — may the new one bring peace and happiness. #2025recap
Our home for Christmas this year — come on in. What can I get you? Coffee, tea, espresso martini, wine…let me know your favorite drink.
We’re hosting tomorrow and I can’t wait! Welcoming friends and family into our home is a wonderful feeling. Wish I could have you all over ❤️. #christmashometour
