A Christmas tree filled with memories will always outshine a tree filled with just trends.
This is our only tree, and we decorated it together as a family — with handmade ornaments from our kids and a few saved from when Brian was little.
But the sweetest moment? After we finished decorating, our six-year-old grabbed his camera and started recording because he thought it was “the most beautiful tree ever.” 🥹
The most beautiful trees aren’t curated — they’re collected. Let this be your reminder to create a tree that sparks conversation, curiosity, and memories. This is where I’ll go when I’m 80 🫶.

My very own Clark Griswold and partner for creating Christmas magic 🫶. My husband insisted on hanging lights on our super tall arborvitae trees. The glow on the trees are a beautiful backdrop to our patio and a festive view out our kitchen windows. We may consider leaving up year round — would you?
